John is a 30-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company, John served as VP of Theme Park Operations for Disneyland, then became the VP of Resort Development for The Walt Disney Company.  John later led Disney's 1.6 billion dollar Disneyland Expansion Project; overseeing Disney's California Adventure Theme Park, Downtown Disney, and the Grand California Hotel.

John also served as CEO of Palace Entertainment a multi-platform entertainment company which hosts over 6 million visitors annually and is one the largest operators of Water Parks, Theme Parks and Family Entertainment Centers in the US.

Executive Vice President of Research, Strategy and Planning

Sarah is a trained strategic business professional with twenty five years of business planning, finance and international marketing experience for the Walt Disney Company, Sagemarks, Chimera Design, EDG and VisionMaker Worldwide including feasibility analyses for theme parks, entertainment complexes, living history museums and resort venues in China, India, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Korea, Costa Rica and the United States.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from University of California. Berkeley and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
